When Jamy Ltd was established in 1983 it was all about producing items that would promote your company, its’ products and services in the best way possible.
As one of the very first companies in the UK to manufacture mouse mats we became known for our innovative thinking before our reputation was gained for flexibility, commitment to our clients and our ‘can do’ attitude.
However, today our manufacturing is largely centred on Acrylic Products used for point of sale (point of purchase), displays, promotional products, awards, signs, plaques, public art and decorative products such as mirrors, although we still offer the full range of badges, business gifts and promotional products … including mouse mats!
The acrylic range on offer to you is from the simplest leaflet dispenser right up to elaborately designed and produced sculptured pieces. Used as table top or wall hung pieces or even highly impactful product displays such as ‘bottle glorifiers’ like those you’d see in the bars and clubs lit up and looking like ‘the real thing’ perhaps an ice cascade.

Many of the more creative designs involve the encapsulation, called Lucite embedment, of various elements. Often we’ll feature 3 dimensional items, such as pewter castings and models, or laminated print. You may want simple logo blocks or intricate “Deal Toys”, also known as Acrylic Tombstones, which can have ten or more print elements inside … whatever it is you want or need simply contact us and talk about it, we’re happy to advise you.
The Specialist Tools Used On Your Acrylic Pieces
As well as the autoclave used in the casting process our production facilities include, laser engraving, CNC routing, silk screen and digital printing, vacuum forming, hot wire forming (line bending), diamond milling. All of which means that we have complete control over every aspect of the creation of your acrylic promotional pieces from the production of the raw item right through to hand finishing and polishing.
Designers like the mix of materials offered here at Jamy Ltd., as it gives them lots of scope and options. Although acrylic led, we work in wood, glass, metal, slate and leather. Reflective luminous and low voltage LED lighting can also be used. You may specify branded acrylic such as Perspex, Repsol, Plexiglas, Madreperla and Lucite and if you’re not sure our experienced team will advise you according to your needs.

Supporting the Environment by Recycling
It’s worth knowing that cast acrylic is a fully recyclable material making it very environmentally friendly, and you’ll find that here at Jamy Ltd we recycle more than 95% of the ‘waste’ material created in the process before using the reclaimed materials to create awards and plaques.
